Shipping Costs

Your shipment
For shipping orders we use the services of DPD. As soon as an order leaves the building an email message is send with a link to the DPD track and trace info. 
Shipping a complete bike 
As you know, we are not your average bikeshop, and also in shipping complete bike we do it a little different, for different reasons. If you buy a bike at JustPedal we prefer you to pick up the bike in the shop, so we can do some final adjustments in your position on the bike. In some cases this is not possible so we have to ship a bike. Before shipping a complete bike we build the bike and make sure it is fully adjusted. Because shipping is very expensive for large boxes, we normally ship a bike in 2 boxes. Before shipping we take off the wheels en fork and pack the bike in 2 boxes. So when receiving the bike you still have to do some wrenching to be able to ride it. To build up the bike you need some average mechanical skills, so be sure you have this knowledge before you order a bike. If you have questions during assembly we are available for tips and tricks.  
Shipping a complete bike within Europe (EU) is 100 Euro exclusive VAT. Exceptions may apply, contact us before you order!

Return policy 
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to JUSTPEDAL Bikeshop with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Damaged orders and products 
If an order is damaged during transport, the order can be refused on arrival with the courier. The package will then be send back to us. Please inform us about the refusal on [email protected]. When after receival of the package the package or products is damaged, please inform us on [email protected] (please include a picture of the package/product). We will then inform you on the return process.

Erroneously shipped products 
Where people work, mistakes are made, even at Just Pedal! Incorrectly shipped products may be returned after agreements on how the order is shipped or can be picked up by our dispatcher. In the latter case, proper arrangements will be made for the period and availability of the customer at the collection location. The costs for sending back a faulty product are for the account of Just Pedal.

Not satisfied with the ordered product? 
If the customer is not satisfied with the ordered product, it can be returned. In that case, the product should not have been used or installed and the original packaging should be intact. Costs for returning the product are for the account of the customer.

If a product needs to be replaced under warranty (see 'Guarantee handling’) the product must at all times be sent back to Just Pedal. The cost for sending / retrieving back of a warranty product is for the account of Just Pedal.

Credit payments
If a product is not satisfactory, and thus returned to us, the shipping costs will not be credited. In the case of a replacement, no shipping costs will be charged. Credit payments takes place through the medium of payment used for payment of the order (Mollie, Paypal) within two weeks after receiving back of the product.
