The insulation is impressive with cold drinks staying cold (but the tumbler is not cold to the touch and there are no condensation drips on the outside either) and hot drinks do stay hotter for longer (and again, the tumbler isn’t hot to hold. It’s neat too that the lip of the tumbler doesn't get hot either). It’s a good cup.'
