Holidays 2024
Holiday period is here, and we will have a well earned break from July 15 till August 3rd. During the Summer holiday period the (web)shop will not close, but we will work half power. This means shop visits/appointments are not possible from July 15 till August 3rd. During this period mail will be checked, but answers can be delayed. Webshop orders will be shipped, but restock of out of stock products can be slow. Keep this in mind when ordering from the webshop.
Last 2 weeks of August, and first 2 weeks of September there will be less man power as well, but there should not be to much delay in emails and we can keep planning shop visits.

Product in stock?
We try to keep our stock indication as up to date as possible, but there are discrepancies, trust us. You can see the currect stock with every product in the product info list.
Stock can be positive, zero or negative. A possitive number normally means we have stock. Zero means no stock and a negative number (e.g. -2) means we have 2 backorders for this product.
When doing an order with a product that is not in stock, you will receive an out of stock message. By default this says restock can take 1-2 weeks, but this can be sooner, or this can be later. In some cases the product is in stock and will ship within a few days. If you do not receive a personal message on the day of ordering, just reply to the order confirmation to check status.
