Velocity USA Rims -  Velocity USA has been a performance aluminum rim manufacturer for over 25 year! They are now located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where they manufacture rims and wheels for anyone passionate about bikes! The rim extrusion is sourced from Profile Precision Extrusions in Arizona, and they roll, drill, anodize, build and distribute their rims and wheels from their Grand Rapids factory.
Surly Bikes, founded in 1998 by Quality Bicycle Products (QBP), started by producing single-speed components like the Singleator 2000 to address a lack of durable options for riders in Minneapolis. The brand gained recognition for its versatile, steel-framed bikes, including the 1x1 Rat Ride, and later pioneered the modern fat bike with models like the Pugsley. Surly is known for its rider-driven, no-nonsense designs, durability, and affordability, catering to cyclists who value robust and customizable steel bikes for various adventures.
After Selling their California bike shops over 20 years ago Jeff started building bikes in 2002, leading to the iconic Jones Plus LWB (Long Wheelbase) and Jones Plus SWB (Short Wheelbase) bikes now known for their unique geometry, versatile H-Bars, and truss fork, designed for comfort and performance on diverse terrains including bikepacking, touring, and mountain biking.
Salsa Cycles was founded in the early 1980s by Ross Shafer in California, who initially focused on custom-built bicycle frames and components, including the popular custom stems. The brand became a notable player in mountain biking with innovative components like the Flip-Off quick-release skewers. In 1997, Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) acquired Salsa Cycles, shifting the brand's focus towards gravel, bikepacking and fat biking.
