The Mini Pannier Rack is strong and lightweight (around 560 grams without hardware) designed to have the same bag support functionality and triple bottle mounts as the T Rack but with an extra set of side legs to provide stability for small panniers. This Chromoly rack will work with a variety of modern panniers with adjustable hardware, as well as traditional style panniers with an elastic lower hook attachment. The Mini Pannier Rack comes in 355mm and 385mm platform heights (center of lower eyelet to center of platform) tall with a 120mm wide by 300mm long platform and allows for extremely generous tire clearance. It will fit a wide variety of bikes with traditional upper and lower rack mounts and comes with two sets of upper mounting struts, 100mm and 300mm which can be cut down to length for a clean fit on your bike. Multiple light mounts will accommodate a variety of lights. At this time there is no provision for mounting this rack on bikes without dropout rack eyelets or without upper rack eyelets.
What size rack should I order?
Measure from your lower rack mount straight up to the top of your tire. You want 1-2" of clearance above your tire.
Can I mount the Mini Pannier rack on the front or back of my bike?
The Mini Pannier rack was designed for front or rear mounting as long as you have a pair of upper and lower threaded bosses and your frame/fork was designed to accept a standard rack.
I only have one hole in the center of my fork crown, how can I mount a Mini Pannier rack on my fork?
If you have lower threaded eyelets but only a center fork hole at the crown, ask your local bike shop to see if they have appropriate rack hardware for center mounting, or check out this adaptor.
This Pannier Rack has been updated for 2024. It's a versatile, lightweight and tough rack designed to carry cargo in a variety of ways with it's generous platform size, two side support legs to stabilize a variety of pannier bags, as well as triple mounting points for water bottles or cargo cages. This rack features 10mm diameter tubing and will work with a variety of modern panniers with adjustable hardware, as well as traditional style panniers with an elastic lower hook attachment. The Pannier Rack comes in 355mm and 380mm platform heights (center of lower eyelet to center of platform) tall with a 120mm wide by 310mm long platform and allows for generous tire clearance. To determine which rack height to order, we recommend measuring from your lower rack mount to the top of your tire, and adding 25-50mm.
We've completely updated the overall design, but the primary and most visible changes for the new racks include: Completely redesigned mounting hardware to reduce the likelihood of loosening over time (You will need to still check hardware tightness regularly as with any rack) Two sets of extra long 350mm mounting struts, one straight and one offset to more easily fit a wider range of bikes
Dynamo wire routing port near the light mounts, for easy wiring of dynamo headlight or tail light
The previous Pannier Rack had a closed loop platform design, the new version has an open front like the T rack, this allows for easier installation on taller bikes, reduces the weight slightly and gives an easy dynamo wire routing option. The Pannier Rack weighs 533 grams without hardware, and 712 grams including all mounting hardware, bolts and uncut 350mm struts.
You'll need proper threaded load bearing mounting points at the dropouts and seatstays or fork crown in order to properly mount our racks on your bike. If you don't have upper rack bosses, there are seat clamps with integrated rack mounts available. If your steel fork doesn't have upper bosses, we sell a rack adaptor that attaches to the center hole of your fork crown (depending on the style of your fork). What size rack should I order?

The T rack is a lightweight (500 grams), minimalist bag support rack that offers the ability to mount extra water bottles or dry bags by using the built in triple bottle cage mounts on the side of each rack leg. The racks are made of Chromoly steel, designed to work equally well on the front or rear of most bikes and are offered in two leg lengths to accommodate bikes with standard upper and lower rack mounts. Riders of taller frames may want the larger T Rack to get the platform high enough for their saddle or handlebar bags. These racks have a 120mm wide upper platform and offer clearance for tires at least 4.75” wide. Spacing between the mounting points on the lower rack legs of the T Rack is 155mm. The racks come with 2 sets of upper mounting struts, 100mm and 300mm long to fit on the front or rear of your bike. There are 3 light mounts on the rack to accommodate a variety of lighting options.

Can I run panniers on the T Rack?
Certain lightweight panniers can work, we've used the Porcelain Rocket/Rockgeist panniers on the T rack and they work since the panniers strap on to the rack and have a rigid back panel.
