The Jones Truss Fork Packs, made by Revelate Designs, are low-profile, secure packs that make use of the rack-like structure of the Jones Truss Fork to provide a very stable and lightweight storage option. The weight is kept low and close to the axles, which allows you to carry heavy loads without disrupting the handling of the bike. These packs are the the closest thing to a traditional low-rider pannier setup that can withstand the jarring that a bike goes through when you're off riding over rumbly-hill and bumpy-dale, and have a surprisingly large carrying-capacity.
After literally years of design work, the Truss fork finally has a pack that makes use of its great, rack-like structure! There have been many iterations of Truss Fork packs over the years, but this is the largest, most full-featured design to date.
The mounting system is simple, but extremely secure to keep the packs from moving even when heavily-loaded and used in the bumpiest of conditions.
Made of VX-21 polyurethane-coated X-pac with a bright orange liner so you can see what's inside easily.
Huge #10 zippers with with two pulls and rubberized rain cover are durable and easy to close.
Compression straps allow you to cinch-down your load.
Small mesh pockets on the outside rear of the packs for small items you don't want to keep inside the pack.
Elasticized accessory pocket inside the pack will fit a water bottle.
17.5" tall x 4-6.5 wide x 4-5.5" deep (tapered design, hence the ranges)
765g/1 lb 10oz per pair.
The Jones H-Bar Pack is designed specifically for the Jones Loop H-Bars, and it's a great little pack! The low profile of the pack keeps it from interfering with the wide range of hand positions available on the H-Bars, and it even has a small cutout at each end to allow room for your thumbs next to the pack! Of the pack's effect on hand positions, Jeff says "With the new pack I still have all the hand positions I normally use if it is not fully stuffed and if I just use the four main straps. If it is stuffed full or if I use the extra straps, then I can't grip around bar next to the stem but I don't do that much anyway. The pack itself is nice to rest on with open hands and it supports my forearms when in the aero position like a little padded hammock."
Works both with both the standard .5" and 2.5" H-Bars. With the SG 2.5 Aluminum Loop H-Bar, the H-Bar Pack will have a gap around the pack and will tilt back toward the rider slightly, but works very well.Features of the H-Bar PackTPU coated nylon fabricWaterproof, welded construction with a water-resistant zipper for great water resistance.Long daisy chain sections along front and back of pack for very secure attachment.Single, straight-line zipper is easy to open with one hand.Single layer construction is very light weight at 95 grams.11" wide X 3.5" front to rear X 3.25" height/depthFits all Jones Loop and Cut H-Bars. A new fastening system, the Bar-Lock, enables the waterproof Handlebar-Pack QR (Quick Release) to be attachedand removed in no time at all. This means that you can quickly and easily take off the bag and carry it with you whenyou reach your destination. Thanks to the bar-lock cord attachment, this bikepacking bag remains stable and secureon the handlebars, even on rougher terrain. Internal compressions and the roll closure adjustable height ensuresthe safe storing of gear or equipment.
Two further hooks with CamLock fasteners on the front create further compressionoptions. The handlebar pack QR has an 11-liter volume, weighs only 530 grams and is loaded from above. In addition to bikepacking, this pack would be a great asset for long gravel rides or races thanks to its narrow 32 centimeter design.Lateral outer pockets allow small accessories or snacks to be stowed away yet accessible while riding. The PVC-freebag is made of abrasion-resistant nylon fabric.
The maximumload is five kilograms. Pair the bag with the extra Handlebar-Pack QR Inner Pocket to keep things tidy, and conveniently store and accessyour cash, cards or a mobile phone.

To address the needs of long-distance ultra racing, the Pitchfork
Aerobar System provides load carrying and storage for essentials that
you want quickly at hand.
The Pitchfork is a 2-part holster system featuring gigantic stretch
woven side pockets with a removable 6 Ultra 200 denier drybag. The
pockets easily swallow light clothing layers and can securely stow
calories from a gas station resupply. To optimize the size of the
pockets the holster wraps over the bars rather than strapping
underneath. This allows for both bigger pockets and provides fast access
to a flat platform top mounted bungee system. Everything is designed
for quick access and all cords are field replaceable for the long haul.
To accommodate different bar spacing, pairs of laser cut hypalon
slots are built into the holster to change the strap mounting width.
The seam taped Ultra 200 UHMWPE drybag has an asymmetrical tapered
bottom for stem clearance and is sized to fit a light sleeping/shelter
system or warm clothing and rain gear. A removable front strap can be
used to tension the front of the drybag if using it fully packed on
rough terrain. The drybag is secured to the holster with spring loaded,
non-dangling auto cam buckles.

The side profile of the Egress™ is curved slightly to contour around the main drybag so the bags nest well when the straps are tightened. This bag was built with the distance traveler in mind. It features a removable padded liner, giving you the option to protect electronics when the bag is removed and dropped at camp. The liner also features a small zippered pocket. On the outside, the Egress™ has a small carry handle and D-rings to attach a minimalist shoulder strap (included), making it a versatile travel companion. Jones Loop bars are awesome bikepacking handle bars. To play nice with the Loop bars, we tweaked the design of the Sweetroll for this spring, adding attachment points to mount the bag to 4 points on the bars. This gives bomber stability seperates the bag entirely from the frame / fork area. Kit contains straps & foam spacers, no bagIf you are using the size large Sweetroll, or have a lot of weight, it’s probably best to use the standard mounting since the load is more centered and handling will be less effected. However for most bikepacking loads & riding technical trails – going with the the 4 point mount is recommended.

The Pronghorn is a race focused, lightweight handlebar system for the minimalist bikepacker. Without sacrificing functionality, the Pronghorn is a stripped-down bar mounted carrying system.
Personally tested and refined by Revelate designer Dustin Eroh on the Arizona Trail Race 750 and a time trial of the Oregon Timber Trail, the Pronghorn has garnered distinction from the racing community for its stable and simple functionality since its release in 2018. A key to the system's performance is a strategically placed internal fiberglass stay that is integrated into both the mounting points and front drybag attachment straps.
