Named after one of the biggest climbs in the Northwest, the Hurricane Ridge uses our revolutionary dual-purpose knobby tread. We distributed the knobs so that the tire is always supported by the same amount of rubber, whether it’s rolling forward or leaning into a turn. This gives you uniform grip at all times – whether in a muddy gravel race or during a paved descent with ultra-fast hairpin turns.

We name our tires after the passes in the Cascade Mountains that have inspired them: Hurricane Ridge is one of the biggest climbs in the Northwest. To reach this remote destination, this tire combines ample width with ultra-fast casings and our unique tread pattern.

All Rene Herse tires combine the performance of high-end tubular tires with the convenience of clinchers and the width for all-road riding. The Standard casing is a more affordable option that also offers extra protection against sidewall cuts on sharp rocks. The Extralight casing takes the performance, comfort and feel of your bike to an entirely new level. The Endurance casing is reinforced for tough conditions, while the Endurance Plus casing provides the ultimate in sidewall protection. Made in Japan.

The Hurricane Ridge is tubeless-compatible.
