Rene Herse Pumpkin Ridge - 650bx42 - Extra Light

The ultimate dual-purpose tire offers excellent performance and cornering on paved roads, but has knobs that dig into the surface when it gets slippery. We distributed the knobs so that the tire always is supported by the same amount of rubber, whether it’s rolling forward or leaning into a turn. This gives you uniform grip at all times – whether on a muddy cyclocross course or during a paved descent with ultra-fast hairpin turns.

Meer informatie

The Pumpkin Ridge is tubeless-compatible. When used with tubes, we recommend the Schwalbe SV12 or SV14a tubes. Rene Herse tires combine the performance of high-end tubular tires with the convenience of clincher. The supple casings roll smoothly over surface irregularities. The knobs are large enough so they don't squirm, yet they are spaced far enough to clear mud.

Available with standard or extralight casings. The extralight casing not only reduces the tire’s weight, but is also more supple, thus increasing the tire’s speed and comfort even further.

  • Tubeless-compatible
  • Clincher, folding bead

  • Excellent grip
