Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

For shipping orders we use the services of GLS. As soon as an order leaves the building an email message is send with a link to the GLS track and trace info.

Orders are shipped twice a week, on monday and thursday. Orders entered on monday afternoon are kept till the next shipping moment on thursday.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping orders in an envelope

small orders can be shipped in an envelope. Envelope orders are shipped at the risk of the customer. To be able to change shipping costs orders should be done by email, so we can give a quote for shipping and change these costs accordingly. Be sure to create an account in the webshop before placing an order through mail.

shipping outside the European Union

We can ship orders all over the world. Please send us an email for a quote of the total costs.

Return policy

Damaged orders and products

If an order is damaged during transport, the order can be refused on arrival with the courier. The package will then be send back to us. Please inform us about the refusal on info@justpedal.nl.

When after receival of the package the package or products is damaged, please inform us on info@justpedal.nl (please include a picture of the package/product). We will then inform you on the return process.

Erroneously shipped products

Where people work, mistakes are made, even at Just Pedal! Incorrectly shipped products may be returned after agreements on how the order is shipped or can be picked up by our dispatcher. In the latter case, proper arrangements will be made for the period and availability of the customer at the collection location.

The costs for sending back a faulty product are for the account of Just Pedal.

Not satisfied with the ordered product?

If the customer is not satisfied with the ordered product, it can be returned. In that case, the product should not have been used or installed and the original packaging should be intact.

Costs for returning the product are for the account of the customer.

Warranty

If a product needs to be replaced under warranty (see 'Guarantee handling’) the product must at all times be sent back to Just Pedal.

The cost for sending / retrieving back of a warranty product is for the account of Just Pedal.

Credit payments

If a product is not satisfactory, and thus returned to us, the shipping costs will not be credited. In the case of a replacement, no shipping costs will be charged.

Credit payments takes place through the medium of payment used for payment of the order (Paypal -> PayPal, iDEAL -> bank transfer) within two weeks after receiving back of the product.
